
The Ballydine Foot Beagles meet every Sunday at 12:30pm between Beginning of November to End of February in various location in Cashel, Ballydine, Kilcoran and Kilfeacle.
The 'Cashel Gaelic Club' was founded in 1888 after a few abortive earlier attempts. The first chairman was Dr. Tom Wood. One of the rules of the new club was that the members pay one penny per week to meet the expenses. The new club, later Cashel King Cormacs, played in the South or Mid divisions until 1930, when the West division was formed. Hurling is the main game in the club, but football is also played. Founded in 1935, the Dr. O Hurley Pipe Band performs at several cultural and social events throughout Tipperary and surrounding areas.
With the main focus being on competion, the band competes regularly at several high profile pipe band competitions each year throughout Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland. Past members have gone on to compete at the highest standards of pipe band and solo piping and drumming competitions, with remarkable success
The band boasts a current membership of about 20 and are always on the look out for new members to join and learn the art of piping and drumming
Practice and instruction takes place twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday nights at our own purpose built facility at Gashouse Lane, Cashel, from 8-10 pm.
