Acquired Brain Injury Ireland is a national not for profit organisation who provide support and rehabilitation services for anyone with an acquired brain injury(ABI) be it as a result of a road traffic accident, stroke, brain haemorrhage, fall etc.
We opened our charity bookshop (Acquired Brain Injury Ireland Bookshop) supported by the Tùs scheme and Community Employment scheme in November 2012 located on 10 Main St in Cashel.
The main focus of our bookshop is to provide opportunities for people who have an acquired brain injury (ABI) to engage in meaningful work to assist them in their rehabilitation and community integration and to be a place where voluntary work opportunities are available to people with ABI in the community. We receive all books through the generosity of local people who donate these books to us.
Our opening hours are Mon- Saturday 10am to 5.30 pm.
